As we have for the past several years, Enoch Office Equipment is again partnering with Drew Forrester and Glenn Clark from WNST to collect coats, hats, gloves, socks, and other cold weather gear for the Helping Up Mission. There will be two large collection boxes at Enoch: 2400 York Road in Timonium, Maryland. These will be located in our showroom on the second floor and in our kitchen area on the first floor.
“Remember they also love to receive ladies’ and children’s items because the men at the Mission ‘shop’ for their families from the donations we provide too,” advises Enoch’s Sherrie Jones.
All items will be delivered to the Mission the week of December 16th.
“What a tremendous, heart- warming experience,” remarked Jones after last year’s coat drive. “To see the gratitude of those receiving these [clothing] items – it is difficult to describe.”
About The Helping Up Mission:
The Helping Up Mission is a faith based initiative funded exclusively through donations. The Mission seeks to help the poor and homeless in Baltimore through programs designed to meet their individual physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. The Helping Up Mission also assists those fighting addiction, or individuals struggling to get back on their feet after being released from prison.
“We (The Helping Up Mission) believe every man is equally deserving of our help, because every man is equally in need of God’s grace.”

Enoch, WNST, and the Helping Up Mission:
This partnership began in 2010, when Forrester, the host of WNST’s “Morning Reaction,” asked his listeners to bring him coats, coats he planned to handout to the homeless men and women of Baltimore city.
“I hoped to get 25 coats,” said Forrester, not expecting to generate a lot of interest. The final total: 232 coats! Forrester then took those coats downtown, in a van donated by Joe Enoch, to the Helping Up Mission and distributed those coats to the needy men and women of Baltimore City.
Three years later, Forrester and Enoch are still getting together each and every holiday season to collect and distribute coats to the less fortunate.
Everyone here at Enoch would like to thank you in advance for your donations!
