Enoch Sponsors a Hole at the 2012 Liberty Mutual Invitational

Enoch Office Equipment is committed to supporting local charities and charitable events, like the 2012 Liberty Mutual Invitational held on September 11th to benefit the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland.

Established in 1955, the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland  (NKF-MD) is a nonprofit, volunteer-based health organization dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.

  • More than 26 million American adults have chronic kidney disease, with millions more at risk.
  • An average of 18 people die each day because of the lack of available organs for transplant.
  • Approximately 1,700 people await kidney transplantation in Maryland.
  • 9,000 people in Maryland are currently on dialysis.

NKF-MD provides free kidney screenings; education for healthcare professionals, patients, and the public; emergency financial assistance for patients; funding for medical research; and much more. However, none of this is possible without the continued support of the public.

The work of NKF-MD is funded solely by donations and special events, like the 2012 Liberty Mutual Invitational.
