I am writing to say thank you for the excellent customer service and for making the transition from Pitney Bowes a seamless one. The new machine is easy to use and everyone is happy with the change. I also wanted you to know that your consultative approach to our needs was greatly appreciated. In the end, we received a new machine that was faster than our old postage meter and we still saved almost 50%.
Our hotels are always looking for ways to positively impact the operating side of our business. You have a great product at an incredible price and you should be calling on all hotels with your solutions. Thanks again for all of your help!

I would very much like to confirm that the service we have been receiving over the years from Enoch has been excellent, particularly the cheerful and friendly chats we have had with Chris Robinson. Always very efficient and ready to serve our needs. One day I asked him if there was any old equipment the company would like to donate to the Third World. Within hours he found out that there were a number of old, but brand new typewriters in his company. The owners very graciously offered them to us to be sent to Guatemala, where I come from and this kind of equipment will be put to good use by young and poor students in schools run by missionaries. So I am most grateful for their generosity and assistance to even bring them to the airline already in boxes, ready for shipment. Thanks Chris and thank you to the management and owners of Enoch. Most companies feel that they probably have all the necessary office equipment and really shouldn't evaluate their operation. At Sandler Training Institute, that is what we felt like until Enoch did a cost analysis on our equipment. We were paying way too much. Now, our equipment has more capabilities, newest technology, and we are doing it at a lower cost per month. Truly, it has been an unbelievable savings for our operation. We are also more efficient because we have only one machine that does everything from color copies, faxing, printing, and scanning. If you haven't called Enoch to do a cost analysis on your equipment, you may be spending too much and your efficiency is suffering. We learned the hard way and it cost us money.
