I would very much like to confirm that the service we have been receiving over the years from Enoch has been excellent, particularly the cheerful and friendly chats we have had with Chris Robinson. Always very efficient and ready to serve our needs. One day I asked him if there was any old equipment the company would like to donate to the Third World. Within hours he found out that there were a number of old, but brand new typewriters in his company. The owners very graciously offered them to us to be sent to Guatemala, where I come from and this kind of equipment will be put to good use by young and poor students in schools run by missionaries. Most companies feel that they probably have all the necessary office equipment and really shouldn't evaluate their operation. At Sandler Training Institute, that is what we felt like until Enoch did a cost analysis on our equipment. We were paying way too much. Now, our equipment has more capabilities, newest technology, and we are doing it at a lower cost per month. Truly, it has been an unbelievable savings for our operation. We are also more efficient because we have only one machine that does everything from color copies, faxing, printing, and scanning. If you haven't called Enoch to do a cost analysis on your equipment, you may be spending too much and your efficiency is suffering. We learned the hard way and it cost us money.
